Application Fee: $75 (required for all new memberships)
New Member Ethics & Orientation: $105
(Includes 5 CE credits — waived if completed within the past 12 months)

By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to:
All fees paid are non-refundable
Membership includes DCAR, NYSAR, and NAR participation
You consent to receive communications from these associations
You will abide by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, including arbitration responsibilities
You agree to follow the Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations of the associations
Membership is subject to Board of Directors approval
Required periodic Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training must be completed to maintain membership
New members must complete:
- New Member Ethics & Orientation
- Minimum 2-hour Fair Housing course
- Both within 120 days of joining DCAR
